Built by students, for students.
UniPool started as an ACM VIT chapter project to solve a problem every student knows: getting around campus and the city is expensive when you're paying for a ride alone. We built a way to split that cost with people already going your way.
Peer-to-peer, not a taxi service
UniPool doesn't employ drivers. It connects students already making a trip with others heading the same way — everyone pays a fair, even split of the actual cost.
Verified by campus email
Every rider can verify their university email address, so you know who you're sharing a ride with.
Open and zero-fee
No platform commission, no surge pricing. UniPool is a student project, run for students.

A project of ACM VIT
ACM VIT is the student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery at Vellore Institute of Technology. We build software that solves real problems for our campus community — UniPool is one of them.
